Did you get "task Scheduler" running and producing a display of the scheduled tasks. Click on "task Scheduler LIbrary" in left hand pane so see what tasks are scheduled. Under Triggers - find one that seem to start on a Sunday. The time may be earlier that your 20:30 as your PC may be off at the scheduled time. Click on the line of the task - whole line should be highlighted - select "Disable" (with Grey Down arrow icon) under "Actions" / "Selected Item" on Right hand side.
