Wow, hadn’t noticed ngrok didn’t support UDP. Sorry for the false hopes.
Strictly speaking you don't need UDP for LMS/SB to work. It's only being used to discover players and servers. But as you'll have to enter the address in your client anyway, you can do without. But you'll still need ports 9000 and 3483/TCP.
