I've just now added "?skipWizard=1" to give: http://zoogz:9000?skipWizard=1"; as my usual LMS login and nothing has changed.
You have to use it while using the Default skin.
Using: "http://zoogz:9000/settings/index.html"; is still showing just a blank white window.
That page only exists in the Default skin, but none of the others. You'd have to follow the links in the left hand side menu to get to their settings pages.
