I am not sure if this is the right thread.
I have a Squeezebox (LMS) server running on an old QNAP, which I have not really updated for a number of years. The LMS is from 2010. I don't use it for anything other than a NAS drive and LMS, but was reluctant to update the firmware, as I did not want to break the LMS. Lately, some of the radio stations are not playing, and I would like to retire the NAS unit (as it has just a single drive). I am very happy to see that this software is still being maintained, though. Is there a list somewhere of "modern" supported hardware with model numbers/OS versions? I saw the neargear NAS's in the list of supported hardware, but I also read that the latest units don't work anymore, so I am a bit confused. I could always go the Rasberry PI approach, but this does add cost and an extra device that I need to maintain. I need to buy a new NAS anyway. PS I would be happy to make a donation! ------------------------------------------------------------------------ darrenburg's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=69757 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=111483 _______________________________________________ Squeezecenter mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/squeezecenter
