Always an uncertainty... I find I can 'fix' the duff tmpo atom very simply: Add the OP's provided track to iTunes. Call up "Song Info". bpm will show blank. Edit bpm to 60, save. Edit bpm back to 'blank', save. The resulting file now has a good tmpo atom, with value '0'.
