Re sent the fixed link. I can't give the commands as such, since Mp3tag uses a GUI. I've looked at a few more m4a files I have that include embedded art, and they ALL have that second "video" stream to store the artwork. I think it's the standard iTunes way of doing it. They all play nice with faad.
