There* is* a switch library function, but you'd need to arrange your file system to suit. I have a library of 18,000+ tracks that I use regularly, (Squeezebox music), but I also have my wife's music, spare music, classical music and Christmas music. All these are in separate folders. I can easily switch to using the contents of any/all of these folders as my library. I set up "Library Views" using "Advanced Search" criteria is "path contains".
