That is the question we are trying to solve but not only why you but
also "how"  - what is the trigger that is stopping the response.

Since you seem to be the only one affected - I'd first try to confirm
that it is in your internal setup and not an ISP issue.

Since one system is Pi based system and portable - is it possible to
test it with a different network connection - either in a friends house
(with different ISP) or a using a mobile hot-spot.

What I find strange is that in some logs there is a timeout on GET the
top level radiotime OPML menu - and in others is it is OK but error
occurs on station fetch.  This would seem to imply the problem is not
100% consistent
