So I did a default install og iQaudio Digi+, used the version 2.50 and
default LMS 7.9.2

So don't know what has gone wrong with your set-up.

I don't use M2P at all really, so I think a new image might be the only
way out.

You could always stop LMS via ssh and then just pull the plug, wait a
few secs and then start it up again, see what occurs :):p
