Thank you, I have solved the problem, I had a strange bridged network with various routers, I just put everything on the same network and reset the boxes, I now have it all working, I was attempting to include Alexa boxes into the setup, I must have made a change that I forgot about, but both the logitech devices are connected right now - back to the Alexa bit, I have intermittent brain problems, so i just need to put them to one side and stop panicking :)
