I don't know anything Pandora but it is separate from JazzFM. AFAIK Pandora is a US only and setting mysb location will not change where the request originates. For example setting mysb location to UK will not change the fact that mysb servers may be in Germany and so some UK only station will not play using mysb. JazzFM can be played anywhere - nothing to do with mysb location.
