in Scanner::Remote::ReadRemoteHeader there is no case handling mimetypes application/octet-stream. I've not tracked the code difference between 7.9.1 and 7.9.3 but obviously for nasty server not setting properly Content-Type. It's either a test to be added in Scanner::Remote.pm when content-type is octet-type (unknown) or it's a change to Music::Info::SetContentType which seems to be happy with octet-stream and does not use typeFromPath.
