At first glance, something very wrong with the WAV. For each Filetype there should beonly 4 entries Native (i.e. AAC to AAC, WMA to WMA ) which can be OGG, AAC, WMA, AIFF Then usually 3 transcode rules Flac, MP3 and PCM. Your WAV entries mulitple ruiles for same type. This doesn't seem right. Have you installed any plugins that change the transcoding setup such as C-3PO ?
