That is the querstion we are tyring to work out.
Initially there were two possibilities (i) the file is getting to player
but isn't playable or (ii) the URL is not being connected to the player.

Good that means the content is not the issue since you can hear it OK as
a file.
OK - now enable Proxied streaming for the player - in case there is a a
HTTP{ issues between player and TTS Source. Proxied means LMS makes
connection to TTS source not the player.
