Well, this is weird. I currently have 2 plugins in this state (Spotty and Material). They are not shown anywhere in any of the following places: - Default->Settings->Plugins - Material->Server Settings->Plugins - Material->Information
However, both skins do prompt me to do a restart. I am running a recent 8.0 on Linux (Buster on Pi).
