There is a shortcut on the button but that involves leaving power supplied to the pi. It can be done on the Raspberry PI OS (previously raspbian) well I think so:). But it means that one can't use a HAT as it uses two gpio pins. I think the best bet would be the Audiophonics power board. Or, power both of the raspberry pi from a power strip, shutdown with the phone, switch off the power on the strip (there are remote controlled plugs avaialable).
