I have always used Firefox to access LMS WebUI on a Windows 10 laptop. Recently I have noticed issues when viewing the settings page. Drop down lists disappear at random and I often cannot view the full list of logging settings under Advanced/logging. I cannot scroll down any further than (network.squeezenetwork). I tried the new Microsoft Edge and everything works (if you ignore unwanted vertical lines appearing in the drop down box labels).
