I don't think there's an official way. What I've done is I have replaced
HTML/EN/html/slim-backup-alarm.mp3.
Sorry, i don't get the idea
LMS comes with above file which is being used as the fallback alarm.
It's a regular MP3 file. You can replace that file to get another alarm
sound. But you'd have to replace it after every LMS update/installation.
