I have a sonicorbiter vortexbox running Logitech media server. It is
connected to an ethernet network with Windows 10 PC's and Logitech
Touch's. My own music works fine, and also radio players. However
Spotty does not obtain the credentials. I have a Spotify Premium
account. Spotify works on Sky Q (but then stalls sometimes as is well
described), and on my mobile phone. I should very much like to get the
Spotty plugin working on the Logitech media server.
If my server is taken to another network then spotty works (using
someone else's Spotify Premium account).
I have tried both automatic transfer of Spotify playing and also manual
entry of my Spotify premium credentials into the Spotty plugin.
I have turned Windows 10 networking back on on the PC's. Windows PC's
are visible and acccessible on the Windows network.
On Windows file manager, the vortexbox does not appear. However if I
enter the IP address on my Windows PC then I can see 3 folders on the
vortexbox - nas, storage and USBdrive folders. I can see my music files
in the storage folder but I am not allowed to open the other two
folders.
Any suggestions on how to get the Spotty plugin to work on my Logitech
Media server and get the Spotify premium credentials to work?

regards

Andrew
