Well, before I tried this, since I have two other Windows 10 systems, both working perfectly. One being my personal laptop, and the other a server permanently networked via NORDVPN. I try installing on those as clean installations, nothing copied from the existing LMS. All three systems have no problems with browser accessing the files,everyone of them fails with LMS. The only common thing among the three systems is they all go through the same cable modem. Two of them connect to a switch which is connected to the modem. The one that runs NORDVPN is connected to the cable modem directly. The two that connect via a TP-Link switch use the common DNS used everywhere except via NORDVPN which provides its own DNS. Remember, thats three different Windows 10 systems, none of which are having any other issues and all three can access the files by browser. None have the same software stack, no special apps, one runs Windows Defender, one runs Defender+NORDVPN, one runs without a fallwireall or Defender.
