Unfortunately - it didn't add info on the problem ports. It looks like something is trying to connect and then possibly dies but leaves connection open. I'd advise stopping all non LMS stuff and then add them back one by one with reasonable time gap (e.g. 10-30 mins) in between . Each time just before restoring a application, checking the LMS log for the weird messages.
