If I remove custom-convert.conf then seeking works 95% of the time. It still skips to the next track very occasionally. The problem is that with certain albums I get the stuttering that the custom-convert.conf fixes.
An example of an album that is causing the stuttering problems is Imploding The Mirage by The Killers.
