The MediaServer Alexa skill will tell you if a song you are adding to a named playlist already contains that exact version of the song. If its a different version it allows it. And you specify the name of the playlist to target by voice so you can use as many as you like. If the playlist does not exist yet it is created.
Alexa, add this track to my Workout playlist. No need.
