Yes. But you won't want to ;-).
I'm thinking I should back up my %PROGRAMDATA% folder as I'm on Win 7 x86. Anything else?
It's always a good idea to back up your data. The biggest changes will be in the database. A full scan will be triggered. Worst case you delete library.db when reverting, but LMS should take care of that, too.
