Download the latest .rpm from nightly builds. Install manually. I've been doing this for quite a while. The only problem I have is if I upgrade Fedora and there is a new Perl version released before it is supported. by the nightly builds There is a thread below on this very topic. I usually test out the latest Fedora on my backup laptop. I check if there is a Perl versioning problem. If so I check the nightly downloads until the problem is addressed. Only then do I upgrade my music server to the latest Fedora.
