I don't use cue files. I looked at the contents and it referred to wav
files that don't exist on my system, so I deleted the cue file. After
that, the scans seemed to choke on a number of files, though I am hard
pressed to know what was significant, even after looking at the log
files. As I say, I have rolled back to an earlier 8.0.0 release and the
scans work fine now.
