Interestingly I just was playing music on Tidal Windows when it stopped because I (my daughter) was playing on Squeezebox. (Same account)So their Family thing isn't playing nice
You're saying you were using the same account? It then wouldn't use "their family thing", would it? You'd have to use the two different accounts.
