I've installed Logitech Media Server Version: 8.0.0 - 1605106581 and I'm testing the scanner just now. I know of at least two albums with CUESHEET_BLOCK tags and I can remove those using metaflac. Of course, I don't know how many such offending albums there are in my collection.
