no, but you don't need to do that anyhow.  I assume the music files are
on a USB drive you connect to the rPi4.  Simply shutdown piCore on the
rPi, unplug the USB drive, and plug that USB drive into your computer
and use EasyTag to update your files.  When done, just plug back into
your rPi and restart the rPi. You'll probably need to then have LMS
rescan your library to pick up tag changes.  (Note, I often have to do a
clear and rescan to get tag only changes picked up, rather than just a
"new and changed".)
