Odd bug, as I'm currently unable to reproduce it, but maybe it rings some bells with someone.
It's something we've seen reported before. But I've never been able to reproduce. I think some assumptions were around either online music services (failed to load a track), or a disk which took too long to respond before LMS thought something was wrong.
So: are you using any online music service? Are online tracks part of the playlist when this happens? Or are you using a (slow) external disk on a relatively slow server?
