Unfortunately, the answer seems to be that it's up to you to define a
SQL query that will produce the results you want. Then you can manually
add that to the list of Library Views. So far as I have been able to
find, Advanced Search does not allow us to use AND or OR. If that's not
correct, I would be very happy to be corrected!

A possible workaround would be do invent a new genre and add that to the
files you want to include in your library view. So all your Miles files
and your Oscar files would be in a genre that you might call "JazzMix1".
(This one be in addition to the Jazz genre.) Then it would be easy to
create the Library View.
