Windows 10 Pro / LMS 8.1
Reinstalled LMS from scratch.
Library scanned.
According to Control Panel, server is running and tray icon is green.
However, renderers can't see the server - it doesn't show up among
Devices and printers either.
server.log gives no clues:

An entry exists for Logitech Media Server among inbound rules.
Really stuck - have yet to see LMS working.
