Try enabling info level logging on plugin.customscan to see if it seems
to progress and just is slow or if it has hanged on a specific track. If
info level logging doesn’t help you can also try to set the log level of
plugin.customscan to debug.
Could be that it’s just a bit slow if you have a large library, it tries
to run on low priority to make it possible to play music during
scanning.
