Guess you are using LMS 8.0 or later ?
In that case thats the problem because my plugins arent supported on
8.0 and later. See this post for more information about the current
state and the options available:

They might still work if you are lucky but can break at any time. In LMS
8.1 its possible to install Custom Clock Helper by activating the Use
unsupported extension option in LMS Settings/Plugins, the alternative
if you cant upgrade to 8.1 is to download and unzip the plugin in LMS
Plugins directory but thats not something I would recommend unless you
know what you are doing.
I think the Custom Clock applet should still be possible to install
through Applet Installer as normal even if LMS 8.0 or later is used.
