What version of LMS are you using? I recommend to use the latest 8.1 nightly build which is at this moment in time 8.1.2, which can be downloaded from http://downloads.slimdevices.com/nightly/?ver=8.1. Also are you using the latest version of squeezelite for Windows? Latest version can be downloaded from https://sourceforge.net/projects/lmsclients/files/squeezelite/windows.
