If you can access the NAS/DSM interface from a browser but not the LMS interface on the same NAS from the same browser then I would suspect the synology firewall is causing a problem. Have you stopped the Logitech Media Server package in the application center and restarted it? That normally recreates the firewall allow rule for port 9002
