Yes, I'm trying to crossfade, not bake a cake. I listen to mostly 40s-60s music and some of the mp3s I have are fan-made disc dubs of rare doowop and such, so it's not like the conversion is going to make any difference. I suppose the real solution would be to just convert all the mp3s I have to flac, but I'd really rather not do that for a lot of reasons. I'd be happy to post the log here showing what happens - do you care to let me know exactly what parameters to set for the logging that you'd like to see, then what section to post?
