Something like 'this' (https://www.yoctopuce.com/EN/products/extensions-and-networking/micro-usb-hub-v2) ought to fit inside I would have thought. Ok, so it would need a bit of soldering to attach USB sockets to those 4-pin headers, but it does look very compact.
