Hi, brentano. I am not going to try to talk you through the next step, because others have shown that they're much better at that than I am, and besides it's quite late for me and I'm not as mentally sharp as I'd like to be. I just wanted to acknowledge that you have made a lot of progress. Others have been patient, and you have been patient, too, and I think you have picked up a few tips about being alert to details that will be helpful to you. And I'd like to say, too, that you don't need to worry about getting back to the exactly the same page you were on before. Because, first of all, you may not be able to. It's possible that it's part of a sequence that only appears the very first time you call up that URL, but I don't know it that's the case or not. But much more importantly, you will not need to go back to that page. Whichever of the methods Chill recommended to get to LMS in your browser (either an IP address or localhost), use the same method to go back. That will take you to the main page of the LMS web interface. In the bottom right corner you should see a link to "Settings". And that is where you will need to go. Settings can you take you to a lot of places. But the first place it takes you to is the one you need now, because that's the page where you enter the locations of your music files and your playlists. That's what you were trying to enter before. It's a different page, but it serves the same purpose, so it's where you need to be. But first, someone else is going to have to break this down into steps for you. The list you saw on the left side of the screen was simply a list of the top-level directories on the computer running LMS. Your music files should be somewhere in that structure, and that way you get there is by opening one of the folders at the top level and then drilling down. Where are your music files? (Apologies if you've already said this, earlier in the thread. I can't look back further than this page.) This is information anyone helping you will need to know. Are they, for instance on a flash drive or some other external drive plugged into a usb port? If so, you may need to "mount" the drive with your music files, if LMS has difficulties with removable media. I'm sorry I'm not able to be of any more help now, but if you'll go ahead and answer that question -- where are your music files -- to the best of your ability, I think that will help someone to give you some guidance.
