Fair enough about legacy folders.

Increase to 20Gbytes was sudden so I couldn't monitor it over time. Also
didn't really have the opportunity to look closely at log files
unfortunately - Windows 10 became extremely sluggish so I was on the
verge of carrying out a fresh Windows install. Luckily I checked for
large files first and decided to take remedial action by deleting
cache.db. As soon as cache.db was deleted and rebuilt Windows
performance was back to normal. If it happens again I'll try hunting it
down.
