Hi, I have the same issue here.
The LMS does not work without internet.
If I disconnect the modem from the router, the players stop working und
LMS Web UI freezes.
The internal network does work and is 100% functional.
This means, that servers and all PC's and components can be reached over
the Ethernet.
The log file only shows

I have seen this issue since a few years now with different LMS
versions.
Maybe someone can investigate.
