i'm not the playlist kinda guy. My playlist folder is empty. I have musicip/sugarcube running, dunno if those plugins create some playlists,
If you import from MusicIP, then this could be the culprit. MIP keeps its own list of music. You'd have to have it remove those track from its index, too.
