The wierd thing is it isn't happening every time an online scan takes place. If a scan takes place after an LMS restart would that be an online scan? It is hard to tell from the server log.
If there's no pass for local files, then it's either a playlist only or online scan. But what would trigger the scan right after the restart? I sometimes restart LMS dozens of times a day without the scan kicking in immediately.
