logging options may be needed. In each case, the problem begins with the same exception shown in the first snippet: attempt to fetch on inactive database handle. But there may be nothing for hours preceding that.
That exception is a symptom of LMS being shut down, not the reason. If you look at the stack trace you'd see that it's coming from "main::END".
I seem quite a few warnings/errors from 3rd party plugins. Have you tried running LMS without any of them?
