To give a short feedback:
Problem seems to be V8.1.1-related... After updating to V8.2.0, the problem is cured! The Upnp-Devices discover the Server immediately after rebooting, restarting etc... All working fine again :-) I tried different things with the V8.1.1-LMS-Version: Deleting config-files, reinstalling etc... Nothing helped... But as far as the problem seems to be fixed with the new Version of LMS, my problem is solved! Have a nice sunday!
