Maybe you can use the AirPlay functions in iOS to set them as a stereo pair ... I think I remember Philippe saying that even though stereo pair is talked about as an Airplay 2 feature it actually worked with AirPlay 1 as well. I think wait for the definitive on this from Philippe ... so maybe ask in the AirPlay Bridge thread or link from there to here.
