My techy mate who set my system up is no longer around so I need some advice on upgrading LMS without screwing things up. The reason I think I need to upgrade is that fairly often one of my SB3 players "cannot connect to the server". After a few days it sorts itself out but it's frustrating. I'm using homehub type ethernet connections, apart from the Odroid server which is ethernet hardwired to my PC & the Odroid is USB connected to the HD where the music sits. I have a couple of PiCorePlayers running Squeezelite which are very reliable so I doubt their software needs upgrading, but I can if advised. I use the Spotty plugin & listen to internet radio as well as my local FLAC music collection. I'm familiar with using imgburn to create a new SD card to plug into my Odroid server & use Putty to reboot when required.
My current system is: Logitech Media Server Version: 7.9.2 - 1543258616 @ Mon Nov 26 20:27:06 CET 2018 Hostname: squeezeplug Server IP Address: 192.168.1.71 Server HTTP Port Number: 9000 Operating system: Debian - EN - utf8 Platform Architecture: armv7l-linux Perl Version: 5.14.2 - arm-linux-gnueabihf-thread-multi-64int Audio::Scan: 0.95 IO::Socket::SSL: 1.76 Database Version: DBD::SQLite 1.34_01 (sqlite 3.7.7.1) Total Players Recognized: 6 Please can someone advise which version I should download to my Win10 PC so I can burn a newer release to Odroid? Many thanks. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ muggo's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=11514 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=114470 _______________________________________________ Squeezecenter mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/squeezecenter
