I've only briefly tried the Airplay bridge plugin (I'm an android user so AP isn't that useful)
However as I recall it all of the bridge plugins are broadly similar in their layout in settings, once you've generated a config all of your players are listed in the bridge setup page along with a tickbox to enable and disable any players.
