Hi,
For a quite some time we can follow the development of two new LMS versions: 8.1.2 and 8.2.0. For me this is a little bit strange approach for several reasons. First, we as consumers, when we see that both versions are developed in parallel, we will never install 8.1.2 but rather wait a bit longer and install 8.2.0. In that way, what is the point of having 8.1.2 ? Second, isn't it more difficult for you to work with two in-stable versions in the same time ? Or is it a necessity because of internal organization of the development ? Third, it takes a long time obviously to get either of these two versions of LMS. Wouldn't be better to concentrate on one of them, stabilize it, publish it and then to proceed with the next one ? Just a few comments to your otherwise excellent work ... ------------------------------------------------------------------------ DejanM's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=19066 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=114742 _______________________________________________ Squeezecenter mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/squeezecenter
