Two ways -- SqueezeLite or SqueezePlay (depending on your computer; there's a old java app that emulated the look-and-feel of SqueezeBox hardware, but there's no need to futz with java and JREs, etc.).

I've used both on Linux and Windows. I prefer SqueezePlay because it has a visible UI so I can see as well as hear. But if you're fine only "seeing" what's happening through the web client, you can use SqueezeLite and it'll show up in the LMS web client as a legit player.

SqueezeLite: https://wiki.slimdevices.com/index.php/Squeezelite (this is the same app that one installs on an LMS server with the "Local Player" plugin; it's part of piCorePlayer, which is how I use it on two different Raspberry Pis, and other LMS system like Max2Play).

SqueezePlay: https://sourceforge.net/projects/lmsclients/files/squeezeplay/

Both of these apps play through the sound system of the computer on which they are installed. Of course, you'll need speakers attached (if not a laptop with builtin speakers).

Regards.

I'm sorry if this has been asked but I could not find the answer by
searching.

How do I listen on my computer to the stations or music files I see
listed? It looks like I should just be able to click play. I do have a
Duet, Touch and Radio but there are times that I just want to sit at the
computer, search for stations and listen.

This is my screen:
